1) Q: What SIM card should I buy?
A: Our LL01 default send with Europe version, Make sure the SIM card operator support any below brand:
LTE Cat-M1/NB-IoT: B1/B3/B5/B8/B20, EGPRS: B8(900MHz)/B3(1800MHz)
If your country from the Mexico or USA etc make sure the SIM card support B5.
2). Q: What’s the different between AT6 and LL01?
A: AT6 is 3G assets tracker support 2G+3G network, LL01 is 4G LET tracker not support 3G network only 2G and 4G.
LL01 no SOS number the alert send to the 3 center numbers with command of: CENTER, A,Number1,Number2,Number3#
3). Q: LL01 can send alert if detect vibration even in Deep sleeping mode?
A: Yes there is a response when moving or vibrating, even if device had entered sleeping mode.
4). Why LL01 not reply command?
Please quick press the power button 3 times in 3 seconds, and the Bluetooth pairing must be successful within 1 minute, then it is possible to send STOPMODE,0,0,0,0# or set the SOS number, etc. through the Bluetooth command. Our LL01 supports SMS and platform, Bluetooth to set commands. Best way is by Bluetooth to set. there is a response when moving or vibrating, if device has entered sleeping mode.
4). What’s the LL01 working time?
Standby time: Upload once a day: 2 years; Standby in tracking mode: 30 days (GPS works for 2 hours a day)
GPS upload data every 10 seconds: 120 hours.
